An important ancillary coverage in the Aspen American form is the Expense Reimbursement coverage. Each policy offers up to $500 per day, $10,000 per claim and $30,000 per policy period for reimbursement of actual loss of earnings and reasonable expenses incurred at the Company’s request for attendance at trial or a hearing, arbitration, or mediation in connection with a claim under the policy.
